Refund Policy

Annual membership fee refund requests will be allowed where:

  1. An applicant has requested for cancellation of the application for membership which is still being processed.
  2. Funds that have been wrongly deposited or transferred to the ISA’s bank account by a registered person or public, provided that such person provides proof of such payment.

Refunds are paid on condition that the ISA has received the funds and those funds have been entered into its accounts.
Refunds are made into the account of the person that made payment to the ISA.
Annual membership fee refund requests will be rejected where the member was granted access to the secure member platform.
